To strengthen and expand on our commitment to equity and inclusivity, the Delta Arts Center (DAC) is dedicated to becoming a fully accessible space for all. We are currently operating at the WCAG 2.1 Level A standard, and we are continuously working to improve and expand our accessibility efforts.
We design our web pages and content to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which helps ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our commitment to accessibility is ongoing, and we are actively making changes to enhance the user experience for all visitors.

How to File an Official ADA Complaint
If you believe that the Delta Arts Center is not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), you have the right to file a formal complaint. Here are the steps to do so:

Contact Us Directly: Before filing a formal complaint, we encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can address your concerns promptly. Please contact us at timothyjeffers@deltaartscenter.org or 336.722.2625 to report any accessibility issues or request assistance.

Filing a Complaint with the Department of Justice (DOJ): If you feel that the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may file a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division. The DOJ investigates complaints of discrimination under the ADA.
